Return Policy
All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges.
Please allow up to one week for your order to process, and 5-7 days for it to be shipped out.
(You will get a shipping confirmation in your email the day it's been shipped). Please be patient, most items are made to order by one person, me! I am not responsible for any lost or missing / stolen packages. If your order has been lost in transit please reach out to the shipping carrier for further options.

How long does it take for a preorder item to be shipped?

Preorders can take up to two weeks to process and 5-7 days for shipment.

How do I take care of my pieces?

For Moo Moo pieces, cold wash and air dry will keep the colors last longer and leave less pilling on the fabric.

How do I know which size is right for me?

Due to elasticity and stretch of fabric, pieces are designed to fit most body types. If you have any sizing concerns, feel free to message me with your body type or measurements, I’d be happy to customize something just for you.
